The Unlike Twins

The Unlike Twins They stood and fought On either sides of a seesaw, Balancing each other, and sought Aid, for them to ever go. Light, an illumined darkness, Order, chaos in disguise, Life, a journey to death, And nature, a forgotten culture. To see one's fight, Must know other's styles. What a beautiful sight, That takes us miles.

Cerebral Hermit

Cerebral Hermit The man who renounced The chaos around, renowned For the deaths of many, abuse of many, Never ending mutiny using ones lacking penny, Was confined in a cell, for his mind, puny, And left shackled to unending agony. Restricted within four walls, For he could raise higher walls Guarding the paradise he built From the flag bearers of guilt. Momentary hermits in deluxe caves Cage sane hermits for insanity that paves Highways for an alternative, That for others may seem adversative.

Supreme

Supreme Owner of the throne, Never to be overthrown, Has unhesitantly drawn The poor away from dawn. The rich have always grown, Richer, but haven't outgrown. Lives beyond reasons, But saved by reasons, Actually, excuses in this guise, That better lies In future. And present pain, A part of the grand plan. Hidden in his thought, he meant, They can only live in their present.

Red Salute

Red Salute A salute, offered to an equal Out of mutual respect, Between comrades, and Not to a master. A salute, detached from The constructs of heirarchy And fear, buckled to acceptance Of the other. A salute, free from power relations Rising from the voices of the unheard and ignored. A gesture of love, A symbol of unity. A salute, easily counterfieted To foreground spectral equality. A couterfiet with the power To claim power. The salute, eternal and universal. Though thousand times imitated, exploited, Prevails in the minds with the power Only to see equals.

Taboo Love

Taboo Love The deeper blue claimed the sweetheart adored by the oak standing like a dwarf, waiting for his emotionless, ever shining, formless lover, passing by, along the road before, so long. The rest, claimed by drought her creater brought. The chasm survived, and him never relieved from his longing for her flowing reflections, unstoppable, moving beyond the spottable. Cracked, wrinkled, remained the chasm, and drained off love, he began his endless pursuit of her traces, with one root reaching the sea, as he stood tall and robust, for her good, never claiming her back, being always in a lack. Taboo was their love for the rest, for love was intolerable between the untouchable, growing towards sky, and her, never high. Stronger he grew and faster she flew. All sighed, for love perished, beneath the earth, pursuits resumed.

The Paradoxical Watchman

The Paradoxical Watchman From the eternal archives Of my childhood, arrives The image of the watchman, Who wanders for an endless span Through the alleys of the colony, Whom my father brought. Funny Is the memory for he looted Us, the ones always ready to be fooled. For a child, innocent, analphabetic, For me, a favourite was he, with a trick During our play sessions. I drove my cars into heavens, And he hid my planes In paper clouds hanging in curtains. I noticed his fascination for planes. He never hid a car for his trick, And stole all the planes he could pick. Heavy, his logics, that no word could bare, But illogical, our thoughts were. Indelible his memories stayed, For the colony, half slayed. White and tall survived, Dark and short murdered, Ones, couldn't abide, exiled, Men of letters perished, But a hero for headstrong kids he remained.

Bus Journey

Bus Journey First things first, he searched for a seat, Found a spot, now mission complete. Man on left man on right, middle seat, A sweaty place with this savage heat. Man on right moved left, spontaneously, As he tried to take the middle seat, swiftly. Window seat seemed a blessing, momentarily Until the "middleman" stood up unnecessarily. Evident from the man's posture, and face Was the persisting, unending disgrace. Like a searchlight moved the man's head, Hoping to find another seat ahead. Searchlight failed the middleman's pride, And forced it to move aside. The stubborn pride obliged the man not to sit Supposing, to sit beside him, his neighbour was unfit. Stubborn was his legs too, lacking another option, Afraid of a touch, he sat in a distance with caution. The sweat dissolved the middleman's forehead mark, The distance revived the right man's social mark. The man on left abandoned the scene and left, Allowing the middl

Escape from the Mountain

Escape from the Mountain My abode, gold-plated, frequently visited By citizens, with golden stairs, First one subverted, built “For the people”, “of the people”, “by the people” Imprisoned me within four walls Of which, one frequently opened By the new fair jailer. Crowd rushed for a view Of the outer lamp of my bungalow Lighted annually by their men. Imprisoned for the fake charges Of causing flood, I tired to Prove my innocence, but in vain For they believed the jailers. They stormed in swiftly, scaring my Forest buddies. Some men, Some women, accompanied by many  men, Some cursed the women, imposing The charges against me on them Making me realize, that Renaissance is my need than theirs. Wonderstruck, watching their love, Astonished by their buttocks, I woke up to see, Confused by the guards, guarding me And guarding some of them, I, finally, Made my mind to jail break, For I deserve rejuvenation than them. For I am unconstrainable, using The hel
